Job summary
Syndicate Communications Pty Ltd is seeking Telecommunications Technicians and NSW Licensed Electricians to join our NSW team and work on telecommunications, electrical, fibre and network projects across metropolitan and regional sites. Qualifications
- Registered Cabler licence and Construction Industry White Card
- Telecommunications industry competencies and customer accreditations
- Fibre splicing and testing competencies
- Current Australian driver's licence
Responsibilities
- Interpret construction, electrical, telecommunications and design packs
- Complete installations per customer specs and Australian Standards
- Install/construct telecommunications infrastructure
- Install telecom equipment, racks, cabinets, routers and transmission gear
- Carry out AC/DC electrical installation works
- Maintain DC telecom power systems
- Install/terminate/label/test copper and fibre cabling
- Perform optical fibre splicing and testing
- Commission, integrate and test systems
- Diagnose faults and perform maintenance and replacements
- Document as-built, asset records and site paperwork
- Maintain safe, clean, professional worksites and liaise with stakeholders
