Key duties include testing, fault-finding, and ensuring accurate documentation while working independently or as part of a project team. NBN experience and cabling registrations are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a project team.
• Experience with fibre and copper communications cabling.
• Knowledge of communications pathways, risers and building infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install communications cabling and related infrastructure.
• Terminate and test fibre optic cabling.
• Install cabling in MDU/apartment buildings.
• Install backbone and riser cabling.
• Install communications cabinets, racks and equipment.
