Job summary

NBN Co ltd. is hiring a Senior Field Technician in the Sydney metro area. The role spans service and network operations, involving installation, repair and maintenance for homes and businesses.

You will work in a hybrid schedule, delivering high-quality customer outcomes while supporting broader network infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates have ACMA licensing, a Telecommunications Certificate, and proven autonomy with strong communication skills to provide exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Autonomous and motivated self-starter with experience across HFC network inside and outside plant.
• ACMA licence preferred, supported by Certificate III or IV in Telecommunications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end service from installation to repair and maintenance for homes and businesses.
• Work across Service and Network operations in a hybrid field role.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
