Job summary

eTeam is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong telecom OSS/BSS knowledge to lead discovery, elicit requirements and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions.

The role covers Fulfillment, Orchestration, Order Management and O2A, focusing on high-quality functional documentation, EPIC/User stories in Agile, and effective stakeholder engagement. Collaboration with architects, developers and QA ensures delivery aligns with objectives.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years IT experience in telecom OSS/BSS.
• Experience in eliciting requirements and creating EPICs and user stories in JIRA.
• Expertise in business and systems analysis within telecom IT landscapes.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and design frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and provide leadership in O2A, Fulfillment, Orchestration and Order management.
• Create, consult on and review functional requirements and architecture decisions.
• Conduct discovery workshops and produce high-level functional documentation.
• Backlog grooming, planning, prioritization and product roadmap management.
• Model and present options for business improvement and align with architecture.
