Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst (Telecom Domain) to join our Melbourne and Sydney-based teams. The role focuses on capturing business and user requirements, shaping them into agile-ready stories and ensuring delivery to specification.

You will own stakeholder relationships, work with the platform team on release estimates, support testing, drive adoption, and define processes across Customer/IT/Employee workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ITSM or Customer Service/Field Service process design.
• Strong ServiceNow knowledge and hands-on configuration.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Captures business and user requirements (as stories for agile shops).
• Ensures requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
• Owns the relationship with project stakeholders to identify, prioritize, model, and document business, process, and data requirements.
• Represents project stakeholders throughout planning, development, and release processes.
• Works with the platform team to develop release estimates.
• Supports the testing effort.
• Works with stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Define processes across Customer/IT/Employee workflows.
