Aussie Broadband is seeking a Customer Solutions Coordinator to bridge customers and internal teams, ensuring voice and data services projects are delivered with care. The role involves coordinating solutions, managing service delivery, contracts, and liaising with suppliers to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Around three years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating customer solutions and ensuring successful delivery.
• Assisting with procurement and logistics to keep projects on track.
• Managing customer contracts and Service Level Agreements.
• Performing quality checks after implementation to maintain standards.
• Responding to inbound calls and inquiries with empathy and clarity.
• Handling orders and liaising with management to resolve issues.
• Working with wholesale suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve order challenges.
• Maintaining accurate records and data entry.
• Supporting additional tasks as needed.
