Job summary

Public Sector People partner with a Sydney local council to recruit an ICT Application Support Officer on a contract basis, focusing on TechnologyOne OnCouncil, Ci Anywhere (CiA) and Ci environments. You will provide frontline support, resolve incidents and service requests across core council systems, and work with stakeholders to improve performance.

• Experience supporting TechnologyOne OnCouncil or similar ERP systems.
• Ability to gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements with SMEs and vendors.
• Experience supporting SaaS/cloud applications and upgrades.
