Job summary

Glenorchy City Council is seeking a part-time Business Process & Systems Advisor to rollout and support a new enterprise system. You will train staff, provide on-site support, and develop user guides to promote effective use of TechnologyOne CiA and Field applications.

The role focuses on building capability, coaching staff, and driving adoption across Works operations, with 24 hours per week Tue–Thu and a 12-month fixing-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software training, coaching or implementation support.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience supporting people through workplace or technology change.
• Strong problem solving and issue resolution abilities.
• Well-developed organisational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff, managers and technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical training and coaching to employees with varying levels of digital literacy.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during and after system implementation.
• Develop easy-to-use training materials, quick reference guides and instructions.
• Support adoption of TechnologyOne CiA and the Field application across Works operations.
• Assist employees in work order management, electronic timesheets, labour allocation, purchasing and asset allocation.
• Identify adoption barriers and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
