Lead TechnologyOne Consultant

Azooa Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Lead TechnologyOne Consultant to provide senior functional, technical, and advisory services across a complex local government TechnologyOne environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant who thrives in leadership, governance, and hands‑on delivery across Ci, CiA, and SaaS platforms.

As a rapidly growing digital innovator supporting government, Azooa is responding to RFQs and seeking expressions of interest from TechnologyOne professionals who want to contribute to high‑impact public sector projects.

Responsibilities

• 🧩 Provide senior functional consulting across TechnologyOne Ci, CiA, and SaaS
• 🔍 Review, optimise, and resolve issues across existing modules
• ⚙️ Configure TechnologyOne business processes aligned to Council governance
• 🚀 Support implementation and uplift of new or under‑utilised modules
• 📦 Supply Chain Management hands‑on consulting
• 📈 Enterprise Budgeting hands‑on consulting
• 📊 Design and maintain XLOne and Crystal Reports
• 🤖 Develop Business Process Automation (BPA) workflows
• 🔗 Build and support ETL processes and data integrations
• 🌐 Review and support CiA Web Services (SOAP / REST)
• 📊 Assist with CiA dashboards and analytics
• ✅ Lead FGT, UAT, regression, and integration testing
• 🎓 Deliver key user and end‑user training
• 📝 Produce and maintain:
  • Administrator guides
  • 📅 Provide daily consulting reports aligned to Council requirements
  • 🤝 Act as the single point of contact for TechnologyOne consulting
  • 📆 Support month‑end and year‑end financial processing
  • 🛡️ Provide hyper‑care and post‑implementation stabilisation
  • 📏 Ensure delivery meets agreed KPIs and service levels
• 🏠 Coordinate specialist consultants for:
  • Property & Rating (Rates, NAR, Debtors, Regulatory, eProperty)
  • Spatial Suite (IntraMaps) and FME workflows

Qualifications

• 🏛️ Extensive TechnologyOne consulting experience in local government or public sector
• 💼 Strong hands‑on expertise across Financials, SCM, Assets, Budgeting & Performance
• ☁️ Experience across Ci, CiA, and SaaS
• 🔗 Proven capability in reporting, workflows, integrations, and testing
• 🗣️ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• 📝 Ability to produce high‑quality documentation and daily reports
• 🌐 Experience supporting TechnologyOne SaaS transitions
• 🧠 Advisory or assurance experience on large ERP programs
• 🧩 Exposure to P&R, ECM, or Spatial modules (with specialist support)
