Marr Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Transformation Manager - Technology to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives as part of the MTOP program. You will work across Operations, Asset Management, Engineering, Finance and more to translate priorities into integrated processes, data and sustainable ways of working.

The role demands senior leadership, strong business analysis, governance and a proven track record in technology-enabled change within asset-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives aligned to MTOP roadmap.
• Conduct current-state discovery and future-state design.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Improve asset lifecycle visibility, workflows, and reporting.
• Coordinate platform selection, system consolidation and deployment.
• Strengthen data governance and a trusted single source of truth.
• Identify automation, analytics and responsible AI opportunities.
• Drive change adoption with stakeholder readiness and training.
