Wirrigan Group is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Business Transformation to shape a major Enterprise Asset Management transformation program under a 12-month contract. You will lead the roadmap across people, process, technology and data, and provide program leadership for a readiness pathway supporting a future Maximo platform upgrade.

• Extensive experience leading large-scale business transformation programs in complex organisations.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and business cases.
• Strong governance, financial management, risk and delivery planning capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shaping and delivery of an enterprise-wide Asset Management transformation roadmap across people, process, technology and data.
• Oversee program planning, governance, scope, budget, risk, resources, dependencies and benefits across multiple workstreams.
• Translate transformation strategies and business requirements into practical, sequenced delivery plans aligned to priorities.
• Develop and maintain the program business case, investment priorities, executive reporting and Board materials.
• Lead and influence senior stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors and partners to resolve issues and achieve outcomes.
