Job summary

Thomsons Lawyers seeks a service-focused Technology Trainer to join our Corporate Services team on a full-time basis in Sydney. You will provide instructor-led training, assist staff by phone and in person, and support a range of IT applications.

The role requires skilled problem solving and the ability to teach Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Word features. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience in learning and development, and an

Qualifications

• Ability to train and offer one-on-one support to users across technology applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word 2010/2013) including formatting, cross-referencing, styles and templates.
• Experience in writing and implementing training manuals for the firm.
• Review and document enquiries and solutions for inclusion in FAQs.
• Provide timely resolution and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructor-led classroom training to groups and individuals.
