Reporting to our Technology Training Manager and working closely with our People & Development team, you will design and deliver engaging technology learning programs that support capability development and technology adoption across the firm.
This role will suit a proactive and collaborative learning professional who enjoys creating practical learning solutions, delivering training and helping people build confidence in the technologies they use every day. You will also play a key role in supporting the firm's use of emerging technologies, including AI tools.

- Experience in technology training, instructional design, or learning and development
- Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions and digital learning content
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills and experience with learning technologies
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement
- A strong interest in AI and emerging technologies
The following will be highly regarded, but are not essential:
- Qualifications in learning and development, instructional design or adult education
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Familiarity with legal or professional services systems, such as iManage or Aderant
