Job summary

Ruah in Perth is seeking a senior leader to oversee technology operations, cybersecurity and supplier performance, strengthening resilience and service maturity across the organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Technology, Digital & Data, this role will drive governance, risk management and service delivery with internal teams and technology partners, ensuring secure, reliable and high-performing services for staff and the communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology operations across infrastructure, cloud, workplace technology and cybersecurity.
• Drive service reliability, resilience, performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage technology suppliers and managed service providers, ensuring accountability and value.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, technology risk and Essential Eight maturity.
• Strengthen service management, operational governance and reporting.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery and organisational resilience.
• Build internal capability and strengthen technology service performance.
• Provide trusted leadership and operational advice across the organisation.

Education

Relevant tertiary qualification in technology, cybersecurity, business or related discipline
