Job summary

HBF Health Limited seeks a Delivery Lead for Cyber to drive large-scale cyber security initiatives across Technology, Risk, Finance and Compliance. Based in Perth or Sydney, you will coordinate multiple workstreams, vendors and budgets while engaging senior stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams and navigate regulatory requirements, ensuring robust governance and executive-level reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex cyber security, technology or transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing capability.
• Experience managing vendors, procurement processes and project finances.
• A track record of leading diverse teams through complex delivery environments.
• Experience in regulated industries such as health, insurance, banking or financial services.
• Expertise in project delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale cyber security projects and programs.
• Partner with executives, sponsors and senior stakeholders to deliver strategic cyber outcomes.
• Manage multiple workstreams, vendors, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across cyber, architecture, engineering, delivery, risk and compliance.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance requirements including cyber and operational resilience frameworks.
• Drive project governance, reporting and decision-making at executive level.
