Job summary

Ruah in Northbridge, WA, seeks a Lead Technology Operations role to oversee technology operations, cybersecurity and supplier performance. Reporting to the Head of Technology, Digital & Data, you will shape resilience, governance and service maturity while guiding internal capability and external partners.

This full-time, permanent leadership position focuses on secure, high-performing technology services and continuous improvement across Ruah's technology landscape.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead technology operations across infrastructure, cloud, workplace tech and cybersecurity.
• Drive service reliability, resilience and performance.
• Manage technology suppliers and MSPs with accountability for value and outcomes.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations and technology risk, including Essential Eight maturity.
• Strengthen governance, reporting and service management.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Build internal capability and strengthen technology service performance.
• Provide trusted leadership and operational guidance across the organisation.
