Job summary

Ruah invites a senior leader to shape a new Strategy, Portfolio & Transformation function from Northbridge, WA. You will drive investment governance, translate priorities into executable roadmaps and lead transformation programs that deliver measurable value across the organisation.

You will build trusted relationships with executives and translate organisational priorities into practical technology outcomes, shaping technology governance and enterprise-wide decision-making.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in information technology, business, commerce, project management, transformation or a related discipline.
• Experience in technology strategy, transformation programs, or enterprise PMO preferred.
• Advising executive leadership on technology strategy and investment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve Ruah's technology strategy, operating model and transformation roadmap.
• Establish portfolio, investment and governance frameworks that support effective decision-making and value realisation.
• Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives and major strategic change.
• Provide trusted advice to executives and senior leaders on technology strategy, investment, risk and emerging opportunities.
• Strengthen commercial, vendor and service management practices to improve performance, resilience and long-term value.

Education

Relevant tertiary qualification in IT, business, commerce, PM or transformation
