Job summary
Qantas Loyalty is seeking a Manager, Technology Enablement (Technical Business Analyst) to partner with Qantas Loyalty Tribes and squads, uncover true business needs, and define technical requirements. You will bridge between loyalty teams and the wider Technology Enablement Functions to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
You'll work in a fast-paced Agile environment, guiding solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and shaping data-led initiatives that enhance member experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years in a similar role with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct system analysis and review architecture to assess technical behavior.
- Document business requirements, workflows, rules, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to support software development and product processes.
- Liaise across technical, business, and delivery teams for effective communication.
- Assist in task decomposition and workload estimation for projects.
- Identify opportunities, constraints, risks, and issues impacting delivery.
- Support cost reduction and service simplification within IT.
- Investigate defects to aid solution refinement and QA.
