KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for Microsoft 365, Copilot, Power Platform, and other core systems.
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials, including guides, use cases, videos, and digital tips.
  • Facilitate national webinars, focus groups, and internal Communities of Practice.
  • Support adoption efforts through structured change management practices.
  • Evaluate and test new technologies and AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude).
  • Contribute to national AI strategy, including pilot project design and stakeholder input.
  • Identify, assess, and recommend tools that align with firm-wide digital transformation goals.

  • Track user feedback and serve as a central point of contact for support and issue resolution.
  • Monitor trends in AI, automation, user behaviour, and emerging workplace technologies.
  • Lead experimentation with advanced prompting, reporting, and AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Develop and publish insights, playbooks, and adoption resources aligned with strategic objectives.
About you:

  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and engaging training content and documentation.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training that focuses on end-to-end business processes and role-based workflows, not just systems use.
