Job summary

Far Southeast Gold Resources, Inc. seeks an experienced Underground HD Fitter to join our Mobile Maintenance team at the Agnew Gold Mine in Western Australia.

This permanent role operates on an 8/6 day rotating roster with 7/7 night shifts, landing back in Perth around 4pm after day shifts. You will maintain underground fleet equipment, perform PMs, inspections and corrective maintenance across Epiroc, CAT, Sandvik and Volvo machinery, with SAP tooling where relevant.

Qualifications

• Australian recognised Heavy Mechanical Trade Qualification.
• Automotive Air Conditioning license desirable.
• High Risk Licence - Forklift, EWP, Rigging and Dogging.
• WA Manual Driver's License required.
• Solid PM schedules and daily inspections experience.
• Underground mining equipment experience with Epiroc, CAT, Sandvik, Volvo.
• SAP experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain underground fleet equipment within Mobile Maintenance.
• Execute PM schedules, daily inspections and corrective maintenance.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform repairs to underground mining equipment.
• Work with brands such as Epiroc, CAT, Sandvik and Volvo.

As part of this expansion, we are seeking an experienced Underground HD Fitter to join our Mobile Maintenance team and play a key role in maintaining fleet performance.

Skills & Qualifications

• Australian recognised Heavy Mechanical Trade Qualification
• Automotive Air Conditioning license is desirable

• Valid WA Manual Driver's License at minimum (or Australian equivalent)
• Solid track record executing PM schedules, daily equipment inspections, and corrective maintenance for breakdowns
• Hands-on experience with underground mining equipment and technologies, including brands Epiroc, CAT, Sandvik and Volvo
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
