We're seeking a Quality Administrator / Technical Writer to join our Quality & Customer Experience team, supporting the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, training resources and operational documentation across Home Care.
Working closely with governance, clinical and quality leaders, you'll play a key role in ensuring information is accurate, accessible and aligned with aged care requirements. This is a role where strong writing, organisation and stakeholder engagement directly contribute to quality outcomes and better experiences for customers and employees.
In this role, you will:
Provide administrative support to quality and governance activities, including audits, meetings and reporting
Research complex topics and translate them into practical resources for a range of audiences
Partner with clinical, quality and governance subject matter experts to capture and document best practice
Create and manage user guides, work instructions, training materials, FAQs and knowledge resources
Maintain document registers, version control processes and electronic document libraries
