Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Team Manager for the NSW Workers Compensation Claims function to lead and coach a dedicated team in PIAWE matters. You will drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement across processes, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management or leadership with coaching.
• Experience in claims management and providing coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical personnel, specialising in PIAWE matters.

• Monitor service performance with clear goals, feedback and recognition.
• Mentor your team and provide coaching to reach potential.
• Promote a culture ensuring compliance with business processes.
• Identify opportunities within the team and business to improve outcomes.
