• Bachelor's degree and 10 years related experience required.
• Experience in claims management and providing coaching.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical personnel, specialising in PIAWE matters.
• Contribute to shaping culture through high levels of people engagement and diversity.
• Plan workforce and recruit for the function.
• Monitor service performance with clear goals, feedback and recognition.
• Mentor team with coaching to reach full potential and address issues.
• Promote compliance with business processes.
