Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical personnel specializing in PIAWE matters.

• Participate in workforce planning and recruitment for the function.
• Track service performance, set goals, provide feedback and recognize excellence.
• Mentor the team, analyse trends and implement remedial actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
