Job summary

integratedliving Australia Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Systems Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract to join our Business Systems team. This hands-on role focuses on application support and MS SQL, helping ensure critical systems run smoothly across the organisation.

You will investigate issues, run SQL scripts, work with ServiceNow, and collaborate with Finance and vendors to resolve problems. Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong application support experience essential.
• Proficient with MS SQL for data extraction and reporting.
• Experience with ServiceNow for incident and request management.
• Ability to diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot data problems.
• Experience supporting and administering business applications.
• Confident collaborating with users to investigate and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical and application support across business-critical systems.
• Manage and resolve support requests through ServiceNow.
• Investigate system issues and drive to resolution rather than escalations.
• Use MS SQL to develop scripts, queries and data extracts.
• Partner with Finance to run scripts, extract data and perform data cleansing.
• Troubleshoot data and application issues and propose practical solutions.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain administration and ongoing maintenance of business applications.
