Job summary

GWA Group in Prestons, Australia, is seeking a motivated plumbing product specialist to support plumbers, merchants and customers with technical advice and product guidance. This Monday–Friday role focuses on delivering practical solutions and accurate information, using your plumbing knowledge daily in a professional environment.

You'll record enquiries, collaborate with Customer Service, Sales and Product teams, and help improve how we support customers across Caroma, Methven, Clark and Dorf

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of plumbing products and systems.
• Experience in the plumbing industry in any capacity.
• Comfortable speaking with tradespeople and customers over the phone.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple enquiries at once.
• Confidence using computer systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Taking calls and emails from plumbers, merchants and customers.
• Providing technical advice and product support across our range.
• Diagnosing product issues and helping find practical solutions.
• Managing enquiries through to resolution.
• Recording information accurately in our systems.
• Working closely with Customer Service, Sales and Product teams.
