GWA Group North Sydney is seeking a Service Delivery Engineer to provide responsive IT support while enabling a seamless technology experience across the business. You’ll work across locations and support employees including senior leaders, escalating issues when needed.

You will bring at least two years of IT support experience, strong communication, and an analytical mindset to deliver reliable service in a hybrid environment with a supportive team.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of IT support, Service Desk or desktop support experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership to resolve issues.
  • Confident with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • Calm, professional under pressure with logical problem-solving approach.
  • Good attention to detail and proactive issue management.
  • Desirable: Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support and resolve technical issues across the business.
  • Support users across multiple locations in a hybrid setup.
  • Manage support requests and prioritise tasks with competing demands.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technology problems to restore services.
  • Escalate issues when required and deliver clear customer service.
