Job summary

New Relic is seeking an Associate Technical Success Manager to nurture technical relationships and guide customers through onboarding and early platform adoption. You will collaborate with cloud engineers and product teams to ensure successful integration and value realization across cloud environments.

Responsibilities include conducting training, tracking mutual progress, and communicating platform capabilities with clear business impact.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Cloud certification or equivalent experience in major cloud platforms.
• Experience with SaaS and customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and integration of customers with the New Relic platform.
• Develop and deliver training and educational resources.
• Monitor customer progress and provide insights for adoption.
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to align goals and usage.
• Produce regular reports demonstrating value and impact.
