You will manage enquiries, understand needs, prepare quotes, and nurture long-term relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management or industrial environments.
• Strong organisation, listening and customer service skills.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; Pronto experience is highly regarded.
• Willingness to develop strong knowledge of the company’s technical products and accessories.
• Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and a commitment to building a long-term career with the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales enquiries received by phone, email and from showroom visitors.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare accurate quotes and invoices.
• Build long term customer relationships.
• Work with the team to maintain showroom displays and manage inventory.
• Achieve sales targets and report results to the Sales Manager.
