Qualifications

• Experience in the fruit & vegetable industry, agro-processing, or industrial machinery.
• Technical aptitude in mechanical, automation, agricultural, or similar fields.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong skills in analysis, organization, and project follow-up.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term relationships with producers, packhouses and agro-industrial businesses.
• Visit customers to understand their needs and gather technical information for customized solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals and presentations and support customers through all project stages.
• Assist across both technical and commercial environments, in a hands-on role combining engagement with strategy.
