Job summary

HuizingHarvest Australia is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day technical side of the business. You will support workshop and field technicians, resolve complex issues, and ensure projects are delivered safely and on time.

Travel across Australia will be required to visit manufacturers, importers and dealers, understanding their challenges and delivering practical technical solutions to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in agricultural machinery or a related field.
• Strong technical background in agricultural machinery.
• Experience leading, supervising or mentoring technicians.
• Commercial awareness and an interest in developing new business.
• Good organisational and computer skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout Australia.
