Job summary

NEPEAN is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive cost calculations for manufacture, subcontracted or imported products and to secure new business across NSW, Qld, Vic, and WA. The role collaborates with Estimators, the GM, and Sales teams to optimize conversions of quotations into revenue.

The successful candidate will leverage engineering knowledge, CAD familiarity, and strong customer focus to expand existing accounts and introduce new capabilities while adhering to WHSE policies.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualified Engineer or similar preferred.
• School Certificate or equivalent and/or trade qualification.
• Reading structural drawings essential, CAD knowledge will be advantage.

Responsibilities

• To perform calculations of cost for manufacture, subcontracted or imported products.
• To participate in ensuring Weldlok maintain existing business and assist in developing new business through direct interactions with internal and external stake holders.
• Identify business process improvement opportunities to enable the estimating team to provide a better experience for our customers internal and external.
• Support development of new business via working closely with the GM / Office Manager and Estimators.
• Support the introduction of new products and capabilities.
• To ensure our customers experience is the best it can be.
