Qantas is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead technology transformation for frontline enablement in Adelaide. You will own products and platforms that empower our airport and cabin teams, from employee-facing experiences to backend integrations that keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

7-10 years' experience as a senior IT business partner and/or IT manager, accountable for a portfolio of business-facing, operational applications, with end-to-end accountability across delivery, implementation and run.
Expert stakeholder management across both business and technical functions, building and maintaining trusted relationships.
Equally comfortable engaging software engineers on technical architecture and documentation and explaining that detail in clear, plain language to non-technical audiences.
Strong financial management, commercial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into technology roadmaps that enable frontline operations.
Partner with Product Owners and engineers to deliver secure, resilient products.
Manage IT risk, compliance and supplier performance.
Ensure service quality and operational stability.
