Qantas is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive technology transformation for frontline operations. You will own products, platforms and services that empower airport and cabin teams, from employee-facing apps to backend integrations.

To succeed you’ll bring 7–10 years in IT product leadership, strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate priorities into outcome-focused roadmaps with attention to security, resilience and service quality.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT product ownership or senior IT business partner experience.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery for frontline operations across multiple teams and vendors.
• Translate strategic priorities into technology roadmaps that reduce friction.
