Job summary

UnitingCare in Brisbane is seeking an Application Technical Lead to guide engineering across mobile, web and cloud platforms. You will establish standards, review code, mentor developers and ensure secure, scalable outcomes while collaborating with Product Owners, Cyber Security and stakeholders.

The role is a Fixed Term Contract through to September 2028 with hybrid work options and the chance to influence healthcare-focused digital services across the Queensland region.

Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge of React Native and React.js development environments.
• Strong experience designing scalable architectures across enterprise environments.
• Experience with cloud-based Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across mobile, web and cloud applications.
• Establish engineering standards, code review processes and development governance.
• Mentor developers and embed secure development practices with Cyber Security teams.
