Job summary

Preacta Recruitment is seeking a Technical Lead Engineer with a passion for the latest technologies. You will build scalable cloud-native solutions, leverage agentic AI, and bring fintech, banking, or product experience to a leadership role.

You will lead architecture, design and delivery, drive reliability, and mentor engineers to raise engineering standards across complex environments.

Qualifications

Strong experience designing, building and delivering Java cloud applications with Spring Boot and relational databases.
Hands-on experience building cloud-native, distributed systems on AWS and/or GCP.
Strong grasp of microservices and service-oriented architecture for scalable, resilient systems.
Knowledge of containers, APIs, SQL/NoSQL, event streaming, TDD, CD and SRE.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical execution and delivery of projects across the wealth platform.
Own delivery from architecture and design through production deployment and reliability.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers and business analysts to set priorities and manage dependencies and risks.
Make key technical design decisions and write code for critical components and proofs of concept.
Own platform reliability including KRIs, SLOs, incident management and root cause analysis.
Mentor engineers through coaching, feedback and knowledge sharing.
