Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Technology Lead to own end-to-end technical architecture for critical digital platforms. This hands-on leadership role requires ensuring secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions aligned with business goals.

You will mentor engineers, define design patterns, and guide multi-cloud (AWS & Azure) strategies, CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, and IaC with Terraform. Strong backend and frontend capabilities including .NET and React are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Lead / Principal Engineer in cloud-native platforms.
• Proficiency in .NET development.
• Strong ReactJS front-end knowledge.
• Hands-on DevOps with CI/CD and IaC practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive architecture and design decisions aligned with business outcomes.
• Define and enforce reusable design patterns and frameworks.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
• Ensure security by design, scalability, and resilience.
• Lead and review feature-level technical designs.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering frameworks and practices.
• Lead complex internal and external system integrations.
