Job summary

Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) in Brisbane is seeking a Technical Lead, Information Systems & Management, to drive Salesforce design, configuration and governance. You will lead the optimisation of critical technology platforms and ensure scalable, secure access across the organisation.

You will coordinate dashboards, reports, forms, and integrations, while providing expert support and managing vendor relationships to meet SLAs and strategic goals.

• Oversee Salesforce configuration and optimisation of system components, workflows, apex classes, triggers, lightning web components, and processes.

This role identifies opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements across OIC's technologies. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, design scalable solutions, and lead the ongoing optimisation of systems and processes. You will Oversee the Salesforce configuration and optimisation of system components, workflows, apex classes, triggers, lightning web components, and processes to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.You will also design, develop, and maintain the Salesforce dashboards, reports, online forms, soft integration and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
