Job summary

The Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) in Queensland is seeking a Technical Lead, Information Systems & Management to drive Salesforce-based solutions and system optimisation. You will lead configuration, dashboards, and analytics, manage vendors, and ensure data integrity while aligning with government priorities and service levels. Hybrid work available.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Salesforce dashboards, reports, online forms, integrations.
• Provide expert-level support to users and optimise data accuracy.
• Manage vendors/partners, SLAs, and align with organisational goals.
