Job summary

The Adecco Group is recruiting for an Internal Sales role in Western Australia. The position blends hands-on technical drawing using CAD with direct customer interaction and sales responsibilities.

Ideal for someone who understands both technical and commercial aspects. You'll create and review CAD drawings, prepare quotations, liaise with production teams, and build relationships with customers via phone and email.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales, technical sales or customer-facing role.
• Practical experience using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor or similar).
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify and review drawings using CAD software (CAD experience essential).
• Interpret customer requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Prepare quotations and provide technical sales support.
• Follow up quotations and enquiries to maximise conversion rates.
• Build strong relationships with customers via phone and email.
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
• Liaise with production and engineering teams regarding specifications, lead times and project requirements.
