Job summary

MiTek Asia Pacific is seeking a curious, practical Technical Support Representative to support customers across Australia and New Zealand using our specialist design and manufacturing software. This role involves diagnosing software, design and modelling issues, understanding customer goals, and guiding them to practical solutions.

Experience in Australian construction, timber framing, frame and truss, drafting, CAD, engineering or building products would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian construction, timber framing, frame and truss, drafting, CAD, engineering or building products would be highly regarded, but not essential.
• A technical qualification in construction, engineering, drafting, IT or a related field is beneficial, but relevant practical experience is equally valued.

Responsibilities

• Help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues across the MiTek Software Suite.
• Investigate software, design, modelling, configuration and system-related problems.
• Use structured troubleshooting to identify the cause and guide customers towards practical solutions.
• Maintain clear and accurate case records, investigations and resolutions.
• Work with technical specialists, Product, Software Quality and Development teams on more complex issues.
• Contribute to knowledge articles, training resources and continuous improvement.
