Job summary

R&T Pumps, a regional Queensland leader in pumps and irrigation, seeks an Internal Salesperson to advise customers, prepare quotations, and process orders. You’ll collaborate with workshop, projects, and field service teams to deliver practical water-management solutions.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical interest, strong customer service skills, and the ability to interpret technical information. The role offers a Monday–Friday, full-time schedule with ongoing training and career development

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for pumps and irrigation equipment.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide technical product advice and solution recommendations.
• Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing and lead times.
• Assist with pump selection and irrigation design concepts.
• Follow up quotations and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
