Job summary

Think Water Northern Rivers in Alstonville is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Coordinator to help customers at our retail and trade counter. You will use your irrigation and pump knowledge to match products to home, farm and commercial needs.

The role combines technical advice with sales, stock control and order processing, with ongoing training and a supportive local team. A permanent full-time position offers variety and the chance to develop your product knowledge across residential,

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with irrigation systems and pumps.
• Ability to advise across irrigation components and water products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with retail counter and trade customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers at our retail and trade counter.
• Assist customers with product enquiries, technical advice and product selection.
• Answer incoming customer enquiries by telephone and in person.
• Provide knowledgeable advice across irrigation, pumps, pipe, fittings, filtration and water products.
• Prepare customer quotes and sales orders.
• Process retail sales and payments.
• Follow up customer enquiries and outstanding quotes.
• Check product availability and advise customers of expected arrival times.
• Assist with stock handling and warehouse duties.
