Job summary

Apple is seeking an experienced technical project manager, technical integration manager, or sales engineer to work with merchants, PSPs, and enablers to enable Apple Pay adoption in eCommerce. This full-time role is based in Sydney as part of the Wallet, Payments and Commerce team for ANZ, SEA and Greater China.

You will lead multiple projects, craft scalable solutions, and drive adoption of new features while improving the merchant payment journey. Occasional regional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Degree education and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with merchants, PSPs, payment schemes, and processors.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to explain complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support business development teams to drive Apple Pay E-Commerce integrations.
• Lead multiple projects and craft scalable partner solutions.
• Guide partners through adoption of new features and technical best practices.
• Optimise customer payment journeys in merchant and PSP channels.
• Occasional regional travel.
