ifm efector is seeking a recent graduate or early-career engineer to start a career in industrial automation and technical sales. As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be one of the first points of contact for customer enquiries and help identify suitable products while supporting quotations with our field sales engineers.

This role blends engineering, problem-solving, and sales from day one. You will learn our products and applications, gain exposure to both technical and commercial aspects,

Qualificações

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to convey technical information clearly.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Passion for technology and problem-solving in automation.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience; inside sales or technical support welcome but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to incoming customer enquiries.
• Understand requirements and recommend automation products and solutions.
• Prepare, process and follow up quotations.
• Provide technical and commercial support to field sales engineers.
• Work with customers and internal teams to progress sales opportunities.
• Manage competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
