Job summary
Fyndr Group is seeking a Technical Implementations Consultant to design, develop, configure, test and maintain software solutions within the platform to meet business and customer requirements.
You will translate software and system requirements into technical specifications, develop data models, user interfaces, workflows and system integrations, and contribute across the full development lifecycle with focus on quality and scalability.

Responsibilities
- Analyse software, system and business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, configure and implement software solutions within the platform.
- Design and implement data models, including insurance product and claims-related data structures, based on system and customer requirements.
- Develop and configure user interfaces and user journeys for software applications and platform functionality.
- Use scripting languages and platform development tools to implement business rules, financial calculations, workflows and system logic.
- Design, configure and maintain software workflows, document templates, rules engines and system processes within the platform.
- Analyse data conversion requirements and develop data transformation, mapping and migration specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system specifications, configuration documentation, testing documentation and software process documentation.
- Perform system testing, integration testing and defect resolution to ensure software solutions meet agreed technical and functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot software configuration issues, system defects and integration issues, and implement appropriate technical resolutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to design, specify and implement new software features and platform enhancements.
- Review and improve existing software configuration, workflows, data models and system processes to improve performance, reliability and maintainability.
- Support the implementation of software development best practices, including documentation standards, testing processes and information security requirements.
