Responsibilities

• Manage incident queue and provide remote security service support.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operational issues across Alarm, Access Control, and CCTV.
• Support field engineers with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Attend client sites as needed with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with project managers, sales, service delivery, and technical teams.
• Assist pre-sales with technical feasibility and costing.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and change logs.
• Participate in testing and integration of new technologies.
• Mentor junior staff and onboard training.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
