RACQ in Brisbane seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to coordinate technology delivery across products and initiatives, working with product, engineering and business stakeholders to remove impediments and ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will lead delivery activities, manage plans, milestones, risks and dependencies, and foster collaboration across multiple teams while promoting continuous improvement and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading or coordinating technology delivery in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, iterative and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing delivery plans, cross-team dependencies, risks and competing priorities.

About the role

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of technology initiatives across one or more products. You'll work closely with product, engineering and business stakeholders to manage dependencies, remove delivery impediments and ensure teams are positioned to deliver successful outcomes efficiently and sustainably.

About you

• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating technology delivery within complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, iterative and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing delivery plans, cross-team dependencies, risks and competing priorities.
• Well-developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to achieve outcomes without direct authority.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to navigate complex delivery challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical information, delivery status, risks and recommendations to a variety of audiences.
