Royal Automobile Club of Queensland (RACQ) invites an experienced Agile Lead to champion Agile adoption across Technology. You will coach leaders, product teams and delivery teams to improve flow, delivery predictability and a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will mentor, facilitate and guide across RACQ Technology, strengthening capability, governance, and value delivery while removing barriers and enabling teams to work more effectively in a scaled Agile environment.

Qualifikationen

• University degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Lean and contemporary product delivery.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, flow-based delivery and scaling approaches.
• Experience coaching leaders, product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Agile metrics to improve delivery.
• Agile certification such as CSP, ICAgile, SAFe or equivalent.

As our Agile Lead, you will champion the adoption, maturity and continuous improvement of Agile ways of working across Technology. You’ll coach leaders, product teams and delivery teams to improve flow, strengthen delivery predictability and embed a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement.

About the role

You will champion Agile ways of working across RACQ Technology, helping teams deliver customer and business value more effectively. Through coaching, facilitation and strategic guidance, you will strengthen Agile capability, improve delivery flow and embed a culture of continuous improvement.

About you

You are an experienced Agile professional who can influence without formal authority and bring teams together around better ways of working. You combine strong coaching and facilitation skills with the ability to turn delivery insights into practical, sustainable improvements.

• A relevant university degree and approximately five to seven years’ relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Lean and contemporary product delivery methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, flow-based delivery and scaling approaches.
• Experience coaching leaders, product managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Agile metrics and performance indicators to improve delivery.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• A relevant Agile certification, such as CSP, ICAgile, SAFe or equivalent.
