Job summary

RELEX Solutions is seeking a Technical Delivery Engineer to join the APAC Plan Release Technical Delivery team within Customer Operations. You will deploy new software releases to customer environments and develop deployment processes, ensuring readiness for adoption and a coherent customer experience.

You will be at the heart of technical change delivery, working hands-on in a fast-paced, customer-facing role to drive quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement across our product suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Software Engineering or IT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English communication.
• Experience with Bash, Ruby, Java and deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for technical activities in release deployments to customer environments.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure quality of deployments.
• Center communications between customer teams and product development to fix bugs and improve the software.
• Investigate issues that arise in release deployments.
• Improve release upgrade practices and processes within and across teams.
